What's Cooking?
There are a few of you out there that know I love food :-).
I appreciate a well-seasoned dish, and also love discovering new food items that I can mix and match for a pleasant surprise :-D
Both my husband and I experiment with our meal planning. As vegetarians, some might be tempted to think we only survive on salads, but that is far from the truth. We have created some really exciting and wondering items in the last few months I cannot wait to share them with you! I will be posting some pictures soon, but here are a few things we had a lot of fun creating:

Breakfast: Whole Wheat Pancakes topped with Cranberries and Peanuts.
- Lunch: Whole Wheat Chickpea Pizza (yes, I made the crush from scratch).
- Starter/Appetizer: Bruschetta with Mixed Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Braggs Amino Acids on Multigrain Bread.
- Dinner: Curried Potatoes, Butter Beans and Kale, with a side of cherry tomatoes and Pita bread.
I know, I know, pictures would have been more interesting (and colorful) than this menu, but just wanted to give you some quick/fast ideas to add to your food repertoire. Sure, it's not too fancy (I like to create quick/easy meals when time is against me - which is always the case on the weeknights), but looking forward to making more complex meals especially oh the weekends.
