Two Masters

Humanity is a visual being. We love seeing, observing, watching, and staring at people and things. With the introduction of the internet came a world-wide web of visually stimulating media, and it continues to push the limits of morality, color, shock and decadence even as we speak.

Humanity is also a very funny being. In an effort to be unique and different,  many of us end up looking just like everyone else. We change our wardrobe, our hair, our eating habits and our lifestyles but still even the Bible says 'there is nothing new under the sun'. In the end however, you only end up looking like who you follow or who you serve.

The Bible is very clear there are only two powers or two masters in this life. There is the Power of Good and the power of evil; each power has a leader, and ultimately whom you imitate indicates who you are following.

In Joshua 24:15, the scripture says "And if it seem evil unto you to serve The LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve The LORD"

Choose you this day whom you will serve; there are only two sides in this life, so be careful who you 'uniqueness' is ultimately representing.
